At CERT-AIRE'S INDEPENDENT TEST LABORATORY we can test FANS and AIR HANDLING UNITS to provide CERTIFIED RATINGS at AFFORDABLE PRICES.

Cert-Aire has a SEMI-REVERBERENT SOUND ROOM 50'x60'x20' high qualified as PER AMCA STANDARD 300 for broad band characteristics in 63 Hz to 8KHz range and airlfow capacity up to 70,000 CFM.

Airflow is precisely measured with a test chamber built PER AMCA STANDARD 210. Recirculating air noise is minimal in our unique test setup. Background noise levels are also very low.

For FANS & AIR HANDLING UNITS, tests are performed for inlet sound power levels, outlet sound power levels and casing radiation noise levels per AMCA standard 300.

The maximum size of an Air Handling Unit which can be tested is 10' wide x 12' high x 30' long. The maximum size for Fans is hinged on the size of the impeller and chamber capacity.
